Well I didn't get the emails telling me what was wrong with the process which you were out of a product that I had ordered so it took me to call in to find out that the product is on backorder. Then I get the Almond amaretto and it smells very chemical and The Taste is okay for the price I was expecting a little bit better quality. The one good thing is the gal who responded to my call gave me samples of the tea that I had ordered and straighten out the order she was very competent
