Totally understanding that my order was a pre-order and knew that it would take months to receive. When I emailed their service department to clarify a shipping question, I got a timely and friendly response! My only frustration was that my order kept getting delayed. The ability to check the website was incredibly helpful, but it was stressful thinking I might not receive my order before moving despite placing the order in July. 5 star customer service though!
