Ordered my items & took over a month for my shipment to be sent. Tried contacting support & it took them over a week to respond. When they did it was very sparingly & they had never responded back with an outcome of what was going on. Luckily i was able to get in contact with someone on instagram & they were able to assist me after a few days. It turned out that something i ordered wasn’t actually in stock & were searching for the item to ship. It would’ve been nice if i was notified of this.
