Communication on the status of the ring was a bit vague at times. I was hoping for a better understanding of what stage of production it was in and when it would ship.

Amazing from start to finish. The options are exquisite and the customer service could not be more welcoming and warm. At no point were they pushy. Just a very relaxed experience and the final product turned out stunning.

When I first tried on the band, I felt like it was too tight. I emailed customer services and a personalized response came by morning. They offered me some great options to remedy my concerns, but I tried the ring on again and realized it was a good fit - a tad snug being preferable to loose. They reassured me that its normal to re-evaluate, and that our fingers fluctuate based on various circumstances. Really great customer service.

Customer service was good but ring was bad, looked nothing like pictures, wonder if they sent wrong one or if pictures were deceiving.

Lily Dora called out on the day of our second appointment, when we intended to pick out our center stone. Olivia Hunt sent us the CAD upside down, which ended up causing issues with the engraving on the inside further down the line.

I was contacted as to when to expect them and they were packed very nicely.
