Hello, after the inner tube was replaced, I collected my scooter from the Portobello branch. When I got home, I noticed the tyre was flat. I inflated it with the air pump I got from you, but when I realised it probably wasn’t enough, I used a stronger pump to inflate it again. Despite this, I noticed the tyre was still punctured. I really can’t make sense of this. I waited two weeks, but I didn’t receive any message saying “you can come and collect it.” It’s been almost two weeks and there’s st

It took two months for the bike to arrive after I bought it because they were out of stock, but they kept me informed about everything and as soon as the bike arrived at the shop, I had it at home the very next day.
