I’m very disappointed with the delivery experience. I placed my order on August 7, and although it was marked as “Order Ready” on August 12, it has still not shipped as of today. According to the tracking information, the order is stuck in the same status and hasn't even entered the "In Transit" stage.
It’s been over a month, and there has been no update and no resolution. For a company that claims to be reliable, this is completely unacceptable.
I’ve had to request a cancellation and refund.
