Zero customer support (buy at your own risk). Bespoky sent me a pair with leather soles instead of the rubber soles specified for the model I ordered. I live in a climate and terrain where leather soles are simply not suitable. Over four weeks, I've tried repeatedly to reach them by message and email to arrange an exchange. I received a single reply: "We will make exchange. We will let you know" — and then nothing despite several follow-up enquiries. Stuck with a pair of shoes I never ordered.

Poor experience. I was surprised that the poor quality of the shoes and immediately asked for a refund the same day I received them. After three emails, I was simply told it would cost $25 to return them and was not given a return label or an adress where to return the shoes. I followed up requesting further information and have yet to receive a response.

The shoes came without the rubber soles I had requested in the message box when I ordered. I was told that rubber could replace the leather soles. So now I have to spend an additional $45. to get rubber soles put on them. When I reached out to customer service via chat, all I got back was a message that made no sense. Not a happy camper. I will not recommend Bespoky.

The customer service is great to work with!

Communication with the company is atrocious. The return process is extremely convoluted and slow.
