No customer service not bad it is nonexistent. Overpriced from what I now researched

Awful, I ordered shrimp what arrived was less than ordered amount, and 3 were dead, plants that were ordered have never arrived. Company keeps saying they are on their way.. Do not do business with this company!

I had no information about delivery for about 3 weeks and thought it was a scam. Then I got the tracking number and package was finally delivered, but almost all shrimp were dead :'-(

awesome! we emailed them and asked them to wait an extra week to ship out our order because we were getting winter storms and they had no issue at all doing that they’ve been wonderful

I've had great success in the past but recently issues with shrimp survival, customer service still very good.

Poor communication as well as not impressed with having dead shrimp delivered.

Love your website, easy to use and informative

Site easy to navigate. Prices fair. Shipment was delayed understandably due to weather. However, I didn’t receive an email notifying me of said delay. I had to go to the website info section and found it there. This in combination with dead shipment in transit was not ideal. I will say they have a generous refund policy about DOA shrimp. However the shipment was later than expected so I rushed to get them in the tank and opened the bag before confirming DOA received so that was on me.

Great customer service and communication. I will return.

Had to send multiple emails to get any response and by the time I got a response it was to late to help me.

Blue dream shrimp were pretty good. The cherry shrimp seemed to vary more in color and seem to die easier. But in general i am pleased with my purchase

Excellent live animal delivery, but the dry goods heavily delayed for some reason and still missing one item from 22 January order

There were delays due to extreme weather conditions, and some items were missing, but I'm going to give you guys another try since weather is changing. All my shrimp i ordered are also eaten so Im switching to guppies for now...

10/10 shrimp died.

Whenever I buy shrimp, I prefer to use this company. The shrimp are very high-quality, and they are not overpriced!

Terrible experience. Packaging was atrocious and 2 day shipping took a week.

Easy to deal with. They sent me new shrimp when I explained that I received some DOAs. Will 100% go through again in the future. They were great! All shrimp were unique and are thriving in my tank. Thanks ShrimpUp!
