The company was very honest and happy to answer any of my questions. I do believe they sell high quality aquatic products but unfortunately usps took a little longer than the promised 2-3 day shipping. Shrimp arrived 3 days later…1 dies during shipment and the other died 30 minutes after the required window to report dead upon arrival.

Ordered 10 Green Jades and 10 Blue Dreams from these people, they had a bit of a hiccup with UPS so they refunded my money I paid for shipping and sent it USPS. I was a bit worried at first but they all showed up alive and well! They even sent me a few free extras for the trouble. Excellent customer service and excellent colorings of the shrimp, you can tell they really care about the hobby.

Many DOA’s, all three bags FULL of hundreds of planaria, one type of fish ordered not sent at all, another type of fish mistakenly sent. HORRIBLE packaging. Box was soaked and falling apart. Bags were large and loose. Animals were suffering and I’ve spent lots of time and money trying to keep what was living, alive and pest free. Awful experience. The seller refunded the order which I appreciate greatly, but said that planria were nothing to worry about which makes me worry about the business.
