4 out of 10 shrimp arrived alive, which can be the problem of the usps and shipping probably. The blue dream that arrived is very healthy and is quite large. The other three cherry shrimp that arrived alive are doing well in the tank.

The shrimp didn’t work out well but the response and experience from the company was pleasant.

Even though I've had a few issues with shrimp arriving alive the owner has been in constant contact and going above and beyond to correct it. The golden back shrimp that made it are a beautiful addition to my tank.

Original order was a massacre. My guess is mishandling by the carrier. Customer support was very helpful to replace the DOAs.

It was good

Shipping time frame completely inaccurate. One fish I ordered died in a week. Crab showed up dead with missing legs.

Pretty lousy. Everything should have been shipped together but in separate packaging. The red and blue shrimp were packaged together and also the wrong amount. The plants shipped separately and were also all packaged together. Also, nothing was label. I understand my order was for “assorted plants” but why wouldn’t you tell me what you are selling me in the order so I can at least look them up and provide proper care. I will not be buying from this company again.

Healthy fish!!

My amano shrimp are better than expected. They are lively and active and seem to have adjusted well!

I think they must have included a couple extra, because while there were 2 casualties, I still counted 15 live shrimp for my tank!

Came in a very weird shipping order, my non-living things came one day, two days later came my shrimp, and a day after that I got my plants so it made me anxious. The non-living things work great but the shrimp and plants seemingly could have came to me better. But I did still enjoy what I bought. Also didn't like the wood chip packaging they use to keep live things warm. It got in my tank and I had to clean it twice.

Every other store i went to they wanted to charge me almost $20 for 4 shrimp then $30 for shipping. With shrimp up i recived 10 for $35 and free shipping with awsome customer service i will be shopping with them agian thank you shrimp up.

Love how the couple look but Saturday wasn’t all OK

I have had so many dead and am still trying to get the order to replace dead loss! Spent 80. 00 plus on several different types of shrimp, having lost so many and still waiting for replacement that were sent through the mail carrier! So I guess those shrimp will be dead as well! I am sure the company will blame it on the weather, and the mail carriers. I will not be buying any more shrimp from this company, as I am building a large aquarium for the next adventure in other aquatics animals.
