We had a problem with the post office on our next to last order as they took over a week to get our shrimp to us shrimp up gladly repacked and replaced our whole order even though we had a few that made the trip

Didn't receive all my order !

My Java moss got shipped separately but was included in my shrimp order originally. Customer service was great and corrected the issue asap!

5 of the 7 shrimp arrived dead. I threw them away before reading the mandatory photo of dead shrimp for replacement. It was a very sad experience.

Replaced my shrimp lost in shipping, never received food i ordered, have not received any response to recent emails.

I don’t like spending close to $70 on 6 fish that die within a week (two were DOA on arrival)

My shrimp arrived healthy, but my moss was missing and then they said it would be shipped separately and never arrived. I get that things happen, but I wrote to them to follow up for a second time and it's been 6 days without a reply. I placed my order March 28th, it's now April 16th. It's a little unusual.

Shrimp arrived very quick and all in good condition- chili red shrimps are striving, blue dream shrimp did ok for first few days but didn’t make it - most likely user error. It took a while to get plants - shipped separately but finally arrived. Support service is responsive to messages and able to assist. Will definitely recommend to buy from them.

Again I was expecting my fish with alot o joy because I love corys but the were dead when I hot them and reaching you guys is impossible
