Shrimp arrived dead

This is the 2nd order of skittles shrimp. A greater variety arrived this time. Plus there seems to be an issue with communication and delivery/response time.

Very poor experience. Delayed shipping and DOA on 90% of the fish order.

Shipping took long time but otherwise was great

Very disappointing experience. After a major shipping delay, 7 of 8 Forktail Rainbowfish arrived dead and the Peacock Gudgeon arrived injured and heavily stressed in filthy water. I’ve ordered fish online many times and have never received livestock in these conditions before. Also very delayed responses.

Getting my order prepared took a little longer than expected but welll worth the wait. My shrimp arrived and I had babies already! Very happy.

like I said, the shrimp came ahead of time, 7 made it, you have great prices, the free shipping is awesome, but the journey was really hard on live shrimp, not sure mail order is the best way to go, live and learn, I guess. Thanks

Great, they shipped on Monday and arrived on Tuesday.

Tracking number didn't make sense coming from Michigan, no updates for a week or so to even leave the city. Customer Service didn't help or give options to remedy the situation. Pretty much was about to cancel the card until I got a package from Marcus's Fish Tanks from Texas? Entirely different business, but if this was to make sure I got moss in time, I appreciate the thought and effort and I see that. Regardless without communication, it just seems like sketchy business moves, ya know?

Sent 3 breeder packs of 3 different colors all mixed together in 2 bags with oddballs mixed in. Shrimp lollies weren’t included in the order but after 2 reminders received them from Amazon.

Most importantly, everyone arrived alive and well! I was missing 3 of the 10 shrimp i ordered, but they are sending replacements. I personally didnt appreciate how many different species were bagged together for multiple reasons. If your putting them all in different tanks, it makes accumulation and seperation difficult. The shrimp and crabs had nothing to hold onto. Customer service was helpful and easy to contact and communicated in a timely manner.
