I got confused when choosing the correct spacers for my mower and chose the wrong one. The small circles for selecting the spacer needed were too close to the next choices in the same line and I clicked the wrong one. However, upon bringing my dilemma to Richard’s attention by email, I had his response in less than an hour. He was putting the correct spacers in the mail for the next day’s shipping. Can’t beat that for customer service.
