Took my money and never received the items

I never received this toy.

It never arrived, customer service is literally none existent but yet my order was magically marked as delivered. I believe it’s a scam unfortunately, would NEVER recommend

I’ve been waiting two months and have not yet received my order. I have sent two emails and have not received any response. This is unacceptable customer service.

No one is responding to any of my emails. Embarrassing lack of professionalism by this company. Not sure how you’re still operating and haven’t been sued yet.

Never received it making payments for something I never received an now it's messing up my credit because I'm not making payments even though I never received it there was 2 that i never received plus I tried calling the merchant..an I get no response an no help I don't want it si please cancel this even now I'm getting no response

This was not a reliable website to order items from if it takes over a month to arrive. That should be stated on the website.

This was a SCAM! No one ever responded to my emails. The tracking number is fake! You took my money and sent me nothing! No one should trust this company!
