Did not receive order. Had to chase, (customer service contact at this point wasn't bad, but still a very long time to make get anything to me). Never received full order, presumably because I got a return and they never checked that the cutlery had been returned with the bowls so just sent what they had. I simply couldn't be bothered by this point. Extremely disappointing when the actual quality of the products themselves is very high.
