2 stars because the website operates well. With lots of products. But the communication is horrible. I paid for expedited shipping. I emailed several times with no response, trying to get tracking info. Then they just refund my shipping payment and I just had to wait with no explanation. Customer service is non existent. Find what you need on Amazon, so you can at least return the product.
