I am very disappointed with the service I received. I made an online payment, but afterward, I was contacted and asked to pay additional money. I complied because it was for my best friend's wedding gift. However, the product I received was of poor quality, especially considering the high price. Additionally, it was not properly wrapped, which was highly disappointing. This experience was frustrating, as it wasted my time and caused significant annoyance. Honestly, I did not appreciate this service at all.
