Had a great experience the first time that i ordered with them. Fast shipping, kids loved the puzzles. Most recent time didnt have as good of an experience. I ordered them in mid november for christmas gifts. They didnt arrive until late January. Didnt get any communciations from them regarding delivery dates or delays. So it was a bummer that it didnt get there anywhere close to christmas. The products are still great, but very dissapointed with the communication and no effort to rectify the error.
