This is not a reflection of the puzzle but customer service and Iconic. This was supposed to be a Christmas Gift for my daughter who visited for the holiday. I ordered it December 8; web site said delivery in 5-7 business days if ordered by December 15. Did not arrive until January 10. When I contacted customer service I was told I had to understand it was a busy time of year. They lied. Will never use again
