Scam of a company. Guaranteed items by Christmas but got them a day after Christmas. Ordered them on Dec 1. That’s ok because wife and myself have been blasting them on social media and I know we have lost them at least 27 sales so far. Plan to keep it up under next Christmas. Hoping to lose them 500 sales.

I inadvertently ordered 2,sets of same puzzles.
When I called for return policy I was told return address was out of country (received in USA) and there is no guarantee of how long returned $ would be an sometimes there is a problem with returns
Not reaching company. I was offered a percentage of pricing to keep and avoid return hassle process , which I accepted. Customer service was via email.
