Both times the package got misdirected in the mail. Once it ended up on the other side of the state for several days, and the second was marked delivered but didn't show up for two days after that. While that is mainly a USPS problem, perhaps a different delivery provider would be a good idea.

A crazy storm blew a couple of packages off my porch…luckily I found it. The packaging was terrific. Soggy on the outside but dry as a bone once opened. It also comes with its own waterproof, heavy duty bag that protects it.
