My one quip is that when an order is just for an unframed painting, that the artists need to paint a little over the border of the size it will be when stretched & framed. there shouldn't be visible, unpainted canvas showing. I still give it five starts because it's an easy fix.

I loved the painting and the customer service was attentive and responsive, but the painting took a bit longer than expected to arrive. Also I bought it in a rush thinking I was taking advantage of a 40% discount, only to find out the website is permanently offering a 40% discount.. which means there's actually no discount at all. As items are quite expensive, I think offering an actual discount (ie on customers first orders) would feel a bit better.
