I’m appreciative that I received an official product, but very upset that after I paid for shipping and tax and everything, I got my receipt and then a week later I got an email saying they couldn’t ship until I paid 28$ in tariffs! I did a lot of research on this company and product to ensure I wouldn’t have to deal with issues like this. The website also said I cannot cancel my order and get my money back after the purchase was made so I really had no other choice than to pay the unknown 28$.
