I found the website to be clunky. For example, when I needed to select how many of which type of truffles I wanted to order for a mix and match, I couldn't just specify the quantity as everything came in batches of 5. So I had to select original truffles 3 times for a quantity of 15 and same for raspberries.

customer service was great, they considered the delivery location and temperatures that day, and contacted me to let me know ahead of time if it was going to be too warm/hot for delivery and if I'd like to hold off on the delivery for a later date. They also will pack ice packs so that if it is warm on date of delivery, it will help keep the chocolates say cool.
