The watch or mechanism bought was totally out in terms of timing. It was out like 7 minutes within a hour which was totally unacceptable. I had to correspond with Boderry more than 20 emails for an exchange, sending videos and photos to verify that there is something very wrong with the watch.
After all the hassle, they approved the exchange of the watch head only. The whole process took more than 6 weeks. I had to find a suitable courier with budgeted cost and ensure they are willing to send.
