Overall- I can’t think of a single time I’ve interacted with someone here who genuinely sounds like they’re happy to help. The person I spoke to when placing this order never came on a camera for our zoom call and the entire time it felt like she was trying to rush me through a decision. The “guidance” provided was minimal and just seemed impersonal. I’m almost at the point where I want to cancel the session and eat the money I’ve given them already.

The company itself is fine but I do think the sizing should be worked on as well as communication. I had my initial virtual styling appointment and yet missed it due to to never receiving the link or any communication from the stylist. I tried to email and call with no answer. I left a voicemail to the customer line and finally heard back from my stylist to reschedule but it took a while. Angelina was my stylist and normally I don’t call people out but communication was lacking thus frustrating

I would never wear this awful clothing again.my photographer was nice but it was really awkward because she was silent and not conversational the whole time.
