The experience was awful. The art looks nothing like what was advertised and it is clearly AI generated. The price does not reflect the quality of work. For the price, I’d expect to be communicating with a real person, not AI. When I asked for a refund, I was denied because they’d already spent “resources” on my art. This was a gift for my mom and she was very excited about it. It’s very disappointing to see yet another company take advantage of AI and screw over customers.
