Step took over a month to get delivered
Had to ring multiple times for any sort of updates and movement. Ausnew home care service was crap. On NDIS and payment went though but nothing happened for more than a week until I rung. Then took another 2weeks until I actually received step. No one answers phone. Have to wait for a call back. If get a callback, call at inconvenient times.
