Frankly, I expected more. The colors are muted and lack the boldness shown online — definitely not as vibrant as advertised. The order took longer than expected to arrive, and there was zero communication throughout the process. No updates, no tracking info until the very end. It felt like I was left in the dark the entire time. If you want customers to feel confident ordering from you again, you really need to improve both product presentation and communication.

I am extremely disappointed. After reaching out a couple of times to find out why it was taking so long for shipment to commence, I stated that I needed those stickers delivered by end of day yesterday. Because they were dropped off at what I assume is a drop off box on Friday, due to the holiday weekend, it didn’t get processed by UPS until Tuesday and was delivered this afternoon after I already left for the trip that I needed them for. I ordered my stickers. It took them six weeks to fill the order even though I approved my proof within 24 hours when I emailed them about it, they implied that it was somehow my fault that they had not bothered to produce the stickers and then when they did produce them, they produced 2 inch stickers instead of the 3 inch stickers that I clearly ordered. No dimension on the stickers are 3 inches at all then when I emailed them about that, they ignored it until they sent me a review email
