I reached out for details on shipment, they told me to find a contact in one of the confirmation emails since they couldn't do anything. All good, I found it and said the same thing: package hasn't arrived and it's been 30 days, will it be here by Christmas? A few days later they let me know that the order's lost in transit, they'd send a new one.Still didn't know when that would be, but a late gift is better than no gift. It arrived, The quality is poor. The magnet is too weak/small to work.
