It was my first time to shop bought some uggs which ran small I emailed and asked for an exchange. The lady that answered my email stated because of their policy they did not offer an exchange just store credit but that I would have to pay for shipping again ridiculous store policy will just be giving them to my daughter and take my business elsewhere.
