The return policy is binding and forces you to spend your “refunded” money with their company if the original product purchased didn’t work out: they do not offer refund to original payment method, only in store credit, after they deduct a sizable portion for the return mailing cost. The shipping also took a very long time. I understand I am in Alaska and so products typically take a little longer, but there timeline was excessive.
