Small family owed businesses or multinational companies alike need someone to answer the phone and provide product support. The more you sell the more you will need it. I will reserve final judgement until I see how you handle my difficulties here. I want the unit very much and I have purchased nearly all accessories that you sell. I was completely sold on the brand but now I' not so sure
