I love the Cult’s dedication to customer service. My last order came on time so there wore no issues there. But my previous order was held up at the shipping facility about 45 minutes away from my home. I was going on a boating trip, which was why I ordered the oysters in the first place, and had no time to wait. The rep at Real Oyster Cult did all the leg work, contacting the shipping facility so that I would be able to pick up the package myself. They made sure it doesn’t leave the facility before I got there. Everyone on the boat loved eating fresh oysters on a lake, in the middle of high desert
