Shipped non-functioning water filters for my GE refrigerator. Was still charged when I complained to the company. I purchased filters directly from GE as a result and they work perfectly. Glacier Fresh is now trying to change me for additional filters they sent me when I clearly stated on several emails. I did not want any replacements

The site was user friendly, quick and easy to navigate. Soon after, my GlacierFresh water pitcher was on its way. It arrived in good order and was fairly easy to set up and start using. I went online to get more info, but I just needed to use a bit more force to open and clean or rinse each part.
