I’m impressed with the frost buddy Customer Service and their dedication to the customers. My granddaughter dropped hers and the top broke. I contacted Customer Service by email and sent in a picture and they sent me a brand new top for her baseball themed Frost Buddy.

I love Frost Buddy! I love the bumper I got, it was a great purchase. I got the Book Shelf Frost Buddy and was so excited. I am always reading. I was a bit disappointed when it arrived with a pretty substantial scratch. I didn’t attempt to make a return, as I just didn’t have the time due to personal things going on right now.
