I think it was generally fine. I had questions about how it works that I found the answers, but had to do some digging. Also, I was disappointed with the shipping. It took about a week to get it. I live in Illinois and saw it shipped from Chicago so I thought it would get here quick, but it went from Chicago to Kansas City, then transitioned from UPS to USPS & then finally delivered to me.

They replaced the cup but the replacement isn't much better. Editing review now. Filling cup up this morning and while putting lid on the whole handle snapped off. Very frustrated and angry now. Ive purchased 3 cups and talked my mom into buying one as a gift for my brother who is also a huge TN fan. These cups are cheap and do not hold ice or hold up for more than a couple weeks. Have photos if needed.
