The Frost Buddy website was easy to use and ordering was simple. I paid for expedited shipping so the gifts would arrive on time, but Shop's tracking was inconsistent, showing conflicting and inaccurate delivery updates. The coolers were also shipped in a bag instead of a box, leaving the retail packaging badly crushed. The products were fine, but the presentation as gifts suffered. Better tracking and packaging would greatly improve the experience.
