I get that it’s not a big company, but having no returns when your products are so pricy (honestly if you’re going to charge prices on par with Charlotte Tilbury or Pat McGrath lipsticks, they better be Charlotte Tilbury and Pat McGrath quality and they very much are not) is not a great business model. The product literally made my lips sting. But no returns so I guess I’m just out 72 dollars.
