Delivery was delayed no instructions saw head to heavy swaying saw should have two settings plus 45 degrees see i have two tall palm trees i cut the seed pods which are 12 metres from.ground i climb.ladder hook up to harness i slide saw on tree trunk.for support the metre pole good but when.you attach saw head very hard too control i have snapped no 3 section one metre when the wind takes and bends i have too let or else i fall and it lands on my wooden fence and bends.i have tried a lighter.saw from.my 2006 saw head. The pole is good well t he lot is bent can you get spare parts if so can I get no 3 segment from saw head if sohow much just the pole no saw head
