3 of our 4 items arrived damaged due to terrible packing.I spent a long time on the telephone trying to very politely and with great understanding resolve. Only to be referred back to website where we were instructed again to return all items at our expense and still no refund and still no well packaged, undamaged gifts received! Very upsetting and disappointing and we’ve just given up now. However, we do keep being hounded by these review emails! Hence, we’ve given in and submitted a response.
