I had a problem with the ordering online as it did not confirm it had gone through and so I put the order in again, thinking it was not successful the first time, then half hour later had confirmation both orders had gone through so in a panic contacted customer service but they were lovely and got the second order cancelled for me so only one went through. Thank you for helping with that so promptly as I was a little stressed out over it all but I did not need to be as it was all fine.
