I have severe psoriatic arthritis diagnosed at the age of 21, I have ankylosing spondylitis and fibromyalgia, now 30+ years later, it’s a challenge to move around. The pain is unbearable i usually sleep 2-4 hours a day. But now I have my hubby put on my back before bedtime and now get 6+ hours of sleep!!! You must give it a try!! ♥️
