I ordered an item worth $185 USD from Jalia Walda and have been trying for weeks to get an update on my order. I have contacted the company by email, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other channels, but I have not received a single response.
The tracking information still says that UPS has not yet received the package, which suggests that it may not have been shipped at all. As a customer in Germany, I am very disappointed by the lack of communication and transparency.
