Ordering was pretty easy. The delivery was delayed by one day (to Florida), but the icepack was still cold and partially frozen. The order was packed very well and all of the food was still frozen. I ordered a bundle, and I would like to purchase that same bundle again as another gift, but it doesn't seem to be available. I'll wait it out for another bargain
