I had one box come that was missing something I ordered. You responded to my email right away and the error was dealt with immediately and it was delivered quickly.
The rest of my orders have had no problems and come frozen and delivered time isn't long. I did get one bag that had some dumplings that were quite hard frozen together but it wasn't enough for me to complain.
