Pathetic customer service, they took the online order and forgot about order altogether. it was 17k suit and i waited for 2 weeks, no movement in status. When I reached out to physical store, they denied that they dont entertain online orders. after reaching to multiple times over whatsapp on the customer care number provided, there was no revert. I called them thrice, every time a different person picked the call and asked me to wait so that they can call me back after checking the status of order. nobody called back. After this frustrating experience, when I emailed them the whole scenario and ask to cancel my order and refund my amount, the lady called me and tried to convince me that the stitching is now started and they will try to deliver it in another 1 week. Honestly, I would not recommend anyone this brand, there are other good brands, with good designs and customer service.
