Hair delivery was promised within a month. However, it was about 3 months before I received delivery. In the meantime, I was being charged the installment amount. I suspect delivery was held until all installment payments were complete. That was a shame because I wanted the install for a special occasion but didn't get the hair in time, although I ordered it at least 2 months before my event- very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Honestly, every order has been taking increasingly longer than the last. What was once a couple of weeks is a month or longer. The lack of communication is also irritating. I’ve been a loyal customer for awhile, but in this economy I don’t think I’ll be back until that is strengthened out. The hair itself also looks stringier than usual. (Not all of it, but definitely enough to notice). I truly feel bad leaving this review, but it’s not fair to me and lying doesn’t do anyone any favors. Thank you for your time and products, but I just can’t deal with the headache of wondering if my order will arrive before my appointment, knowing I ordered it with more than advance notice.
