I only received 1 of the 2 pillow covers I ordered. I contacted customer service and they indicated that this was because they oversold the item and it was out of stock (but they never notified me of this?) I intended to have a matching set and did not want a single pillow cover, but because I had used a giftcard, the returns process was challenging and the customer service rep I worked with was not helpful. I will not shop here again.

Products are good. To be honest the quality is not perfect for the price but it is okay. BUT I’ve waited almost ONE MONTH to receive my package. The waiting time was not acceptable. When I said “ if I need to wait more I’d like to cancel the order” they said we hope your order will be shipped next week (but it didn’t)
Whatever, pillow cover’s patterns are nice but I wouldn’t recommend the my purchase experience.
