Wanted to return one of the pillows and paid for the unlimited return/exchange. Apparently, this does not include shipping back the pillow at over $10- half the price of the pillow itself- ridiculous when you already paid extra for the “unlimited return or exchange”. I’ve never encountered such an expensive return fee- especially for a lightweight pillow cover!? Knowing this, I would not purchase a pillow again, because you’re basically stuck with it if you don’t like the pattern in person.

I thought the website was a little confusing to navigate, and it was hard to search accurately for a particular size of pillow cover. For example, if I click the link to search for just 18" pillow covers, some of the pillow covers that come up are ones in which the 18" size is sold out. But the actual ordering process was pretty easy, and I was happy with my purchase.
