Wanted to return one of the pillows and paid for the unlimited return/exchange. Apparently, this does not include shipping back the pillow at over $10- half the price of the pillow itself- ridiculous when you already paid extra for the “unlimited return or exchange”. I’ve never encountered such an expensive return fee- especially for a lightweight pillow cover!? Knowing this, I would not purchase a pillow again, because you’re basically stuck with it if you don’t like the pattern in person.
